Your best company is still ahead of you

We partner with you to build it.

Right now, all of it runs through you

You’re on the sales calls. You’re triaging the bugs. You’re settling the people problems, signing off on every expense, making decisions you stopped wanting to make a year ago.

All of it is real work. Almost none of it moves the company you set out to build any closer. So it keeps waiting.

You’ve been the system

This is the point where a company outgrows the way it runs. The instincts that carried you to $1M — doing it yourself, deciding fast, staying close to everything — kept working right up until the business grew past one person’s week. Now every gap in the operation finds you, and you’ve been filling each one by hand.

The problem is structural. You can build your way out of it.

We come in as your operating partner and take on the machinery of the company, the part that’s been landing on you. We build the systems it’s missing, and we run them with you, week to week.

That covers:

  • Clear goals, and a weekly rhythm that keeps the team moving in one direction

  • A revenue process you can trust

  • A hiring plan, and coaching to grow your managers into leaders

  • An honest read on your cash, and the five to seven numbers that steer the business

  • Onboarding customers, and keeping them

  • Big projects like a raise or a launch

We take on as much or as little as your stage needs, from a few hours a week of guidance to carrying the full load.

You stay in charge. You set the direction and make the big calls. We handle the rest alongside you, and the company that’s been waiting gets you back.

We build what’s missing

Every engagement runs the same three moves

  • We evaluate how the company runs across six areas and find the gaps, like the 130-point inspection a mechanic runs on your car. You come out knowing where things stand and what needs work first.

  • We rank those gaps by what’s costing you most and lay out what to build first, second, third.

  • We build the systems with you, at the level of engagement you need, from advising while you execute to owning and running the work ourselves.

Most founders start with the Diagnose step on its own, a paid evaluation with a recommended action plan. From there, you decide how much of the build we take on with you. And if we keep going, the fee counts toward your first month.

They all started where you are

On every call, in every fire, the company stalled at the size one founder can hold. This is where a few of them took it:

  • A founder leaving the office into evening light after winning back time from daily operations

    More time

A digital-health founder buried in 80-hour weeks cut back to 55 while revenue grew 45% in the same six months. We took the sales pipeline and customer onboarding off their desk and put an operating cadence in place.

  • A hiring manager taking notes during a structured candidate interview

    Better hires

A logistics-software founder who'd been hiring on gut grew the team from 8 to 25. We built detailed scorecards and a formal interview loop.

  • A warm, inviting workspace — the kind of company good people stay at

    Lower attrition

A fintech founder losing good engineers faster than they could replace them watched attrition fall from 35% to 4%. We coached the managers and rebuilt the culture, with reviews and growth paths behind it.

  • A pricing and packaging sheet on a desk under lamplight

    Stronger pricing

A cybersecurity founder who kept dropping price to win the business lifted deal sizes 30% and cut discounting 8 points. We showed them the product was worth more than they were charging and repackaged it so the team could hold firm.

It starts with a call

Picture the week where the sales calls have an owner, the numbers come to you clean, and the decisions on your desk are the ones you want to make.

That’s your best company. It’s still ahead of you.

The first move is a call. You talk through the company, where it’s stalled, what’s been eating your week. We tell you where we’d start. If the Diagnose step makes sense, it’s there when you’re ready.
